Terrible service, go to stones or Home Depot. Return process is complicated and unnecessary, even when they sell a faulty product they make the return process harder than it needs to be. Two really cool guys helped me load a lot of lumber on my trailer though👍

Cabinet person who is over all the projects promises to be with you through the entire project start to finish. She sold me on it and believed it. Project was really delayed and was out most of the project and apparently she’s the only one who knows what’s going on. Highly recommend doing your kitchen projects elsewhere.

Horrible delivery options. I paid for same day then it was switched to next day. 8am I got another email saying they couldn't deliver to me. I called waited on hold, even after selecting the option to call me when it was my turn, just so Jaime could lie and say my order would arrive today. Few hours later I get another email saying my order will be delivered next week. The supervisor I spoke with did absolutely nothing to make the experience better. I'll be sticking to Home Depot from now on.

Ordered and paid online for 3 small items. Walked in, checked in, the computer said Jalen T was getting my order. I waited 15 minutes. NO ONE brought me my items. I looked in the pick up area and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, my items were there. So NO ONE was actually getting my item. The rude lady that just stands at the SELF CHECKOUT started berating me for grabbing my OWN ,PAID FOR ITEMS...instead of her helping me since she was doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!.
I will NEVER order from Lowe's again.
