Project was really delayed and was out most of the project and apparently she’s the only one who knows what’s going on. Highly recommend doing your kitchen projects elsewhere.

I called waited on hold, even after selecting the option to call me when it was my turn, just so Jaime could lie and say my order would arrive today. Few hours later I get another email saying my order will be delivered next week. The supervisor I spoke with did absolutely nothing to make the experience better. I'll be sticking to Home Depot from now on.

I looked in the pick up area and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, my items were there. So NO ONE was actually getting my item. The rude lady that just stands at the SELF CHECKOUT started berating me for grabbing my OWN ,PAID FOR ITEMS...instead of her helping me since she was doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!. I will NEVER order from Lowe's again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
