Placed a Lowe's online order for item that had plenty of stock in inventory to be picked up at this store. The order confirmation stated that the unit would be ready for pickup in four days. Lowe's then notified me that the order would be delayed by over a month. I canceled the order. I then placed another Lowe's online order for the same item that had plenty of stock in inventory to be picked up at different Lowe's store. The order confirmation stated that the unit would be ready for pickup in four days. Again, Lowe's then notified me that this order would be delayed by over a month. I canceled the order. I then contacted a Lowe's representative on MyLow, who confirmed that a unit was available for purchase and pickup at this Suwanee location. I asked if he was absolutely sure that the order would be processed and that there enough inventory, and he said yes. I shortly got a notification from Lowe's that Lowe's canceled my order with no explanation. I contacted a Lowe's representative on MyLow again, who was unable to re-place the order and suggested that I call this Lowe's store in Suwanee, which I did. This store placed me on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up on me. I called the store again, they put me on hold again indefinitely. I tried calling again to resolve the issue, but this store never gave me a chance to talk to a human being on the phone. I contacted a customer service representative on MyLow again, who directed me to visit the store. I visited the store, which told me to contact Lowe's corporate. I am deeply disappointed in the online shopping experience at Lowe's and equally frustrated that this Suwanee store failed to meet their own standards for customer experience. The online store clearly isn't aware of how many units of an item a retail store has in stock. I could try placing the order again with Lowe's, but I expect that Lowe's would simply delay the order again or just cancel it altogether without an explanation. My company has lost its trust in Lowe's and will source its supplies elsewhere.

Bought a KitchenAid Refrigerator here. The ice maker broke within 2 months...it's been 2 months since breaking, and it's still broken. Waiting for a part, with no guess when it may be available. We contacted Lowe's and Kitchenaid neither of which offered a solutiopn other than waiting for a part. I don't want a refrigerator that cost $2500+ and breaks in the first 2 months. I hate this thing, and when repaired, I expect it will be fixed with the same crappy parts it came with. I would buy a KitchenAid fridge, and I wouldn't buy any fridge from Lowes.
