However, over time, my monthly rate kept increasing. Despite being a loyal, long term customer, there was no flexibility when I reached out to discuss the pricing. Unfortunately, it felt like a classic bait and switch: attractive initial rates that gradually climb without much recourse. Because of this, I ultimately decided to move my belongings elsewhere. If you’re considering storing here, just be aware of the potential for rate increases down the line and plan accordingly.
