  If I were able to put 500 Stars I would.... but that wouldn't even be enough ... Heather and her team are phenomenal. I had to, at the last minute move my things from another storage facility to hers. It was almost a nightmare the other facility had completely Fallen flat on all their promises and their customer service. A main reason why I moved everything to Sugar Hill Self Storage. Heather is by far the most customer focused professional I have ever met, in my close to 30 years of being in sales and service. She orchestrated the entire move. Even though I could not be there to receive my items from the other storage facility. Heather made sure everything got coordinated with the new movers and my items were stored securely and safely in her amazing facility. Heather and her team should be commended for their focus on Superior customer service dedication to their customers needs and for her ability to help calm what could have been a very stressful situation! thank you Heather and team you all have a customer for life and one that plans on recommending you to anyone that might need your services.

  This is the spot! The entire team Heather and Lacy have been extremely helpful. The climate control is better than other spots I've been so it's nice to feel welcomed while working inside.
