I highly recommend this storage location. The facilities are brand new and well maintained. I had peace of mind that my items were secure, and I was comfortable accessing my units. Not only is the pricing great in comparison to other facilities, but Heather's customer service is outstanding. She's always welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely use their services again if needed.

Heather provided excellent service and hospitality for setting up our storage! The facility has a well-designed two level ground entrance layout and offers a lot of storage options at reasonable starting prices.

I’ve had the best experience ever with a storage facility. I had moved into a unit temporarily because I was moving and I was planning on moving out today and while in the office to close out for my storage unit, I unfortunately had locked myself out of my car. Heather was there and she saw how stressed and everything that was happening and she was very helpful. She let me use her phone to get help and helped me eventually get a locksmith. She even helped calm me down and offered me a beverage or coffee or a snack just while I wait and she talk to me to keep me preoccupied while I waited and was just overall very helpful. She gave the best customer service and I appreciate her.

I went into Sugar Hill Self Storage to take a look at a unit I reserved online to make sure the size was what I needed. I was a little close to closing time, but Lacey gave myself, my mom, and my young daughter a warm welcome. I was just coming in to get a quick peek at the selected unit, but was met with a full tour and provided with all the information I needed to ensure everything at my move-in date would be smooth. Lacey was so kind and answered any questions I had. The storage itself was clean and very nice for a storage facility; I was very impressed. The amenities are amazing as well. I came in for what I thought would be a quick in-and-out (and apologetic since I was so close to closing time), and got so much more. Lacey provided a great first impression, and I look forward to using Sugar Hill Self Storage for my storage needs!

If I were able to put 500 Stars I would.... but that wouldn't even be enough ... Heather and her team are phenomenal. I had to, at the last minute move my things from another storage facility to hers. It was almost a nightmare the other facility had completely Fallen flat on all their promises and their customer service. A main reason why I moved everything to Sugar Hill Self Storage. Heather is by far the most customer focused professional I have ever met, in my close to 30 years of being in sales and service. She orchestrated the entire move. Even though I could not be there to receive my items from the other storage facility. Heather made sure everything got coordinated with the new movers and my items were stored securely and safely in her amazing facility. Heather and her team should be commended for their focus on Superior customer service dedication to their customers needs and for her ability to help calm what could have been a very stressful situation! thank you Heather and team you all have a customer for life and one that plans on recommending you to anyone that might need your services.
