Over all Ihave been disappointed. Some employees have been thorough
And some not. I am cancelling my service after a year. This will be my last home visit. Which should not have a charge Because the service before this one the person left and did not finish the front nor the backyard.

This is the 2nd month in a row I've had to go behind your Tech and do his job killing and knocking down spiders. I'm glad my service contract is up because I was gonna cancel you anyways. And to make matters worse my home is for sale and they showed up during a showing. I got a text and was in a hurry to get house squared away. I told him to address spiders (2nd month in a row). At first the company was great but over time service has steadly gotten worse.

I signed up because they said they spray the garage and took care of wasps. I signed up and rescheduled. Then they cancelled and I responded because the day I wanted I would be home so they could spray the inside. But they rescheduled and I tried to reschedule but couldnt and never did the inside. If zi picked a date, the company could call or make sure the system works if using text. Was not happy with customer service and contacting. Have seen a few wasps though. And no more bees in my bushes, not sure if that's from me or them. That's a positive. The day I had scheduled was a day I would be home. I'll see how they do next time. I was about to cancel the entire subscription. And I was told there would be termite protection in January. Well shall see.

Takil came out to treat interior and exterior of the house and did a terrible job. The carpet saturated, and my wood floors had puddles of the treatment, the outside still had cobb webs and was barely treated. I have over 2400sq ft and he was done in less then 15 minutes, didn't even realize he was leaving til I received the text and he was pulling out my driveway.

We’ve had a great experience with Aptive so far. Our technician, Anthony H., arrived for our initial appointment and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were especially cautious because we’d had a disappointing experience with a different pest control company in the past. Anthony was patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the visit.
We decided not to begin service that day because we wanted time to carefully review and discuss the contract. Anthony respected our decision and never made us feel pressured. That was a refreshing change from our previous experience with another company.
After reviewing everything, we rescheduled the service and specifically requested Anthony. He returned as scheduled, completed a thorough treatment, and exceeded our expectations. We’re very happy with the service we’ve received and would confidently recommend both Aptive and Anthony H.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
