I wasn’t expecting service because of rain. He went around the top of the house in 5 minutes. The rain just washed away the chemicals. My yard and house wasn’t treated at all. You need to get my place treated asap due to payment already taken out. Please schedule service or cancel my contract.

I wish I had seen some negative reviews initially. There starting to atack uo though. Make sure you do your research prior and don't trust the sales guy saying you have only that moment to sign up in order to get their special. It's a lie. Had I known I would have given it more time to research before then calling them back. I trusted this company based of what I had only a few minutes to look up, after their extremely pushy salesperson caught me outside, we do have no soliciting signs. He still pushed me into speaking with him even after telling him I'm not interested, then insisting on coming back when my husband was home, so I ended up giving him a chance and this company obviously is going to say what they need to get more customers. I ended up giving them a chance because we have already been considering hiring a pest control company, they seemed honest with the reviews and environmentally friendly so I got locked into an 18-month contract fast forward 1 year later and to leave an honest review if you have problems with ants I would say DON'T use this company! we have been dealing with ants, they're super aggressive their products are not strong enough. anytime I message support to let them know, they schedule me for a reservice but the reservices are a joke. I'm pretty sure the tech that come out just pretend to do stuff for all I know they're just spraying water around. this last person I had came to my house Hardly did anything. when I requested certain areas that were still badly affected with ants, I even had to move things around or he wouldnt have done it and missed it. I had to show him how bad the ants still are! after he left you couldn't see any wet marks from the spray as you typically could, there were no granules in the grass which tells us that he probably pretended to do stuff and really didn't! when we asked him about treating the garage as I had let customer support know prior, he said he didn't have the materials he needed to treat the garage which is funny being Pest Control you would think they have everything that they need in their vans. It's helped with some other pests, we still get spiders in our house even though they were treating our home about every other month they were coming to treat the outside almost monthly because of the reservices and we're still having issues with these ants. Including now finding more ant hill. Some of the techs are pros and communicate well, arrive on time and others are unprofessional, lack communication. Just wanted to give people an honest heads up in case.

We’ve been using Aptive for about a year, and today’s service really stood out. Shane was incredibly thorough and attentive—he was the first technician to replace our bee and mosquito traps, and even explained that they should be changed every 2-3 months, which we hadn’t been aware of before. We were actually considering switching to another provider, but after this experience, we’ve decided to continue with Aptive. Thank you for the excellent service!

Derrick, did an outstanding job treating my home today! I really enjoyed that he texted / called me to let me know when I should expect his arrival and he also, made sure that he had the right house due to the fact that I am in the midst of getting a new mailbox because the old one fell down. He was so kind and he even sent photos to my phone like I asked and showing me that the service was completed! Yay! Derrick was very professional!

I had an amazing experience with Aptive thanks to my technician, Chase! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the treatment plan. Chase was even so sweet to my small dog Chanel. He eased my concerns about the treatment chemicals & safety for her as well as the small children in our home.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right. He didn’t rush and made sure every area was properly treated. On top of that, he was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.
If you get Chase as your technician, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend—5 stars all the way! GIVE HIM A RAISE :)
