My technician was thorough, punctual and addressed all
Of the areas I I mentioned. Sent photos of the areas treated. Awesome. I mentioned mosquitos were problematic and he put up an extra catcher near the back deck. Today we could sit outside without being attacked.

My service tech is amazing! He always texts me in advance so I can get my animals prepared before the service. He also texts to let me know he’s at the front door and texts pictures of the treatment areas that he focused on. He consistently asks if there are any problem issues or parts of my home that I’d like him to focus on. He’s an excellent representative of your company!

I am extremely unhappy. The lady was specifically asked to concentrate on wasps and spiders. She said it would be hard since it was raining. I'm not sure why she was sent if the treatment was going to be ineffective. It doesn't make sense to come to treat, but knows it isn't going to work! I do not recommend this company.

My pest control service was for every three months. The first one went well and I just had the second one two weeks ago, but, Last week I got a text wanting to schedule and I told them they had just came -Then I had two guys show up to do my service and I told them it had already been done… I was told you need to call them to let them know that you just had it done… I explained that they should have it on record, And if he was gonna keep sending people to do my pest control service after it’s already been done then I would probably have to cancel… He wasn’t friendly he Wasn’t trying to keep a customer he just didn’t care… They should have someone in the office who does scheduling and if someone comes early, it should be noted that they already came. I was set up for every three months so every three months. I should get one person to do this not Not three more people thinking that I had not had it sprayed… Instead of trying to resolve it, they just deleted me completely.. Do not go to them..- They’re just out to get the dollar and do not care about customer service… All I wanted was them to make a note each time they come —just not hard to do… I don’t mind getting another pest control company,, And here I thought this was a family owned and operated company. The owner came the first time and he told me his son would be the one that would come From now on… I hate to Leave this honest Review… But when asked what else they could do for me, I went to reply and they had already deleted me… Got mad because I wanted it to be noted each time they come that way you will not have no one texting you and no one showing up… Customer service is lousy.. I appreciate you showing your true colors and just deleting me, Instead of a company that’s wanting to keep a new customer.. They were not nice and trying to keep a customer… Poor customer service… Is my only complaint… So if you got something to complain about, they’ll just delete you and you won’t have the service anymore problem Solved… Thank you for being non helpful , A non-willing to write it down and show what date that you have showed up at my house… I’m beginning to think maybe they can spray but they don’t know how to be Customer Rep… People like things to be resolved not delete my service… But Thank you, you did me a favor,

I’m honestly not happy with your service at all. They’ve come twice now, and the tech who showed up doesn’t listen to what I ask or actually do what I need. I called and left a note in your system asking that this person not be sent again because they were really rude, but next time you still sent the same person. They’ve rescheduled twice now and didn’t show up at their scheduled time, changing things in the system on their own. I’m just not happy with your service.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
