- NSnick scottMay 8, 20261.0This is the worst Lowes . I did a curb side pickup because of a foot issue and Lowes didn't care no one came out I had to go in. The associate that assisted me said hold on I'll grab your order and then proceeded to have a conversation with a cashier for about 10 min before going to get my order. It was the worst experience and is the reason why I chose home Depot for the future this was absolutely ridiculous

It was a lot of worker behind the counter but no one would check you out I ask for the manager head cashier told my she was busy with a interview I had to keep asking for someone to check me out so head cashier tell someone to check me out after asking several times.

The staff here is helpful and the garden center is well organized.We had a pleasant shopping experience at this Lowe's and picked up some pretty flowers.

It’s not enough to mention that this is the worse Lowe’s location because the atrocities that I witnessed inside the store were horrific. There were repeated intercom pages throughout the whole for customer assistance and there no employees coming to help the customers. I wasn’t the only one who walked out in frustration. Every time a customer needed assistance I kept hearing the same page for the same customer multiple times. I don’t even see Loss Prevention anywhere. This was a new low for me visiting a retail store. It’s very obvious i won’t be here again. This is the last time I wait over 20mins for help at a place where I could potentially spend my hard money. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU MIGHT POSSIBLY NEED ASSISTANCE!!!

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
