I had a great experience with the property manager. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explained the rental process, and made me feel like a valued customer.
Unfortunately, after touring the property, I decided it wasn't the right fit for my storage needs. That decision was based on the property itself and not the outstanding service I received.
I truly appreciate the manager's professionalism and exceptional customer service. She is definitely an asset to the company, and I wish her continued success.
