While I pay hundreds of dollars a month to store my belongings here, the customer service is consistently incompetent and dismissive. Specifically, the manager, Crystal, is unprofessional and incredibly rude. Dealing with her has become such a headache that I am actively planning to move my items out as soon as possible. Management should seriously reconsider who they have representing their brand at the front desk.
