I congratulate the Pro-Desk staff at this Lowes on the excellence of their service. They have always impressed me with their kindness, attention and professionalism. Having worked my whole life in leadership in the service industry, I know the diligence it takes to make sure the customer feels appreciated by all the associates. I especially commend the sales staff; Derek, Jamie, Susana and Christina. Special kudos to Christina this last week as she made sure I had all the materials necessary to complete this last project. She went above and beyond by staying calm and focused even when short staffed, by following up, and by fixing last minute delivery issues due to out of stock items. It is always a pleasure to do business with this Lowes location and their great staff.

Worst Lowes I have ever been to! They block off isles to stock shelves at the busiest times of day. Came today to get 2 items and couldn't because both isles were blocked!

I went to buy a dryer, everybody was busy so I grabbed the card with the information of what I wanted and went to the cashier in the same department appliances. It was on may 20th 2026 they told me the date they are going to deliver and install it. That day somebody called me to tell me they don’t have it in the store and postpone the delivery date. That happened twice or more times that they changed the delivery date. When they finally in my house I see that it was not the color I chose but I said it’s ok but when the delivery man was putting a cord on the dryer, outside my house he broke a piece and they told me so I refused to keep it like this. The same day somebody called me to say they have the dryer back and I told him that I don’t want it anymore that I want my money back so this man told me I am going to get my money back on my card. Today it’s June 15th and I called because I still don’t have my money back. They told me that I have to go to Vidalia to get my refund. I drive one hour and they told me that they can’t refund the delivery money. It wasn’t my fault and I have to pay delivery?! Finally the employee gave me a phone number to call to get the delivery money. The lady from customer service was rude and just said “we do not refund delivery fees “. Awful experience!
