Worst purchase experience I ever had. In store, staff were “nice, friendly” to ensure the purchase goes through. I went in for labor day sales to purchase a dishwasher, and ended up purchasing an electric range also. Paid in cash for both no difficulty. Took a while for them to complete order so we waited patiently. Dishwasher delivery and installation was amazing no complaints. The electric range,got delivered and installed later, which was fine. Everything went smoothly. Until that same week the range had issues and was defective as one of their technician who came out informed me and I was told it will be replaced.
The process of replacing the brand new defective range was hell. Person who promised a replacement never put the order in or sent me a confirmation email. I found this out a week later. The representative at the store told me it’s outside of the 48 hours window so I’m pretty much on my own and need to go through factory warranty. No one wants to do that when buying new appliances. After multiple calls and disagreement the manager finally decided to send me a replacement. Delivery arrived without notice and driver was rude on the phone & not wanting to wait 10 minutes for me to arrive. Then installed terribly. Legs weren’t adjusted to counter top as the first time, left plastic all over it had to sit here and pick at it. And left metal attachments from the previous one mounted in the wall and does not align correctly so it just sticks out badly. Just terrible. Never again at this store

If I could give zero stars to the rental department at the Snellville Lowe's, I absolutely would. I went in to rent equipment for a time-sensitive project and had the absolute misfortune of dealing with Caleb.I have never encountered an employee who managed to combine total incompetence with a completely miserable attitude so effortlessly. Caleb acted like my presence was a personal insult to his day. To make matters worse, he refused the rental based on arbitrary nonsense about where I lived and what I had previously rented.
What Caleb failed to do was his job. Had he took the time to ask the proper questions or even look at our profile either personally or as a business he would’ve understood very quickly that we have very verifiable credentials, a presence in multiple states, and year after year have spent well into the hundreds of thousands at Lowe’s all across the United States.
Caleb has absolutely no business working in customer service. His toxic attitude and utter lack of professionalism changed my entire perception of the Lowes rental departments and delayed my day.Save yourself the massive headache and drive 5 miles down the road to Home Depot. Unlike Lowe's, the team at Home Depot was more than happy to rent me exactly what I needed—without grilling me about my address or past rental history. They earned my business, and Lowe's permanently lost it thanks to Caleb.

Story time: You go in to buy a dyer and the incompetent salesman instead sells you the washer, so he has to cancel that order and you have to go through the whole process of buying again.
It gets sorted you pay for installation and the incompetent/lazy installer does not set up the selling point of the dyer (water line for steamer).They will charge you for the installation kit and then not bother bringing it.

I’ve been shopping at Home Depot my entire life and today I was remembered why I shop at Home Depot my entire life. Home Depot has never rejected any of my products for a return or an exchange . Lowe’s treats all their customers like With no decency. Lowe’s is definitely not there For contractors.
