  The actual end result of the HVAC work was good, but the way this project was handled was extremely disappointing. I agreed to a substantial project price based on my understanding that the scope included adding multiple supply and return ducts to address the high static pressure in my system. The amount of work involved was a major factor in why I felt the price was justified. When the work was performed, those additional ducts were not installed. Instead, the issue was ultimately resolved primarily by rerouting the existing ductwork and adding one additional return at the air handler. To be fair, the static pressure did come down to the recommended level. The insulation top-off also appeared to be done well, and my electric bill has been the same or slightly lower despite the hotter weather. My concern is the **value and how the change in scope was handled**. I agreed to the original price based on my understanding of the work that would be performed. When substantially less physical work was ultimately needed, I expected the price to be reconsidered. It wasn't. I raised these concerns directly with Daffy Ducts. They responded professionally and said they would share my feedback with management and arrange for someone to reach out to discuss it. **Nobody ever followed up.** I wasn't claiming the system hadn't been fixed. I was giving the company an opportunity to address what I felt was an unfair pricing situation. I was willing to hear their explanation and work toward a reasonable resolution, but that opportunity never materialized. I'm glad the HVAC problem was corrected, but I'm disappointed with the pricing, communication, and customer service surrounding the project. Based on this experience, I would not use Daffy Ducts again.

  Andre was personable and thorough. He explained everything and showed me pictures of his work. He was also very quick. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend Daffy Ducts, especially Andre, who just finished cleaning my HVAC ducts and vents Andre was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time to thoroughly explain everything he was seeing throughout the process. I loved that he showed me the before and after images, so I could actually see the difference for myself. On top of his great work, he was very respectful of my home. I will definitely choose Daffy Ducts and ask for Andre again!

  Andre and the team were great. He was very conscientious and worked all day to clean our ducts and our air handlers after construction. Only thing would have been good is if yhey had so.eone to work with Andre getting the hoses for the negative presssure cleaning. They are unwieldy and I needed to help him to keep the walls protected. Despite this one glitch, I highly recommend Daffy Ducts!

  Justin and his highly recommended team were professional, informative, and educative. Justin and his team at Daffy Ducts take care to approach your needs with detailed diligence and concern. What started as a service visit to test airflow quality turned into an investigative troubleshooting to resolve the source of a leak in the ceiling. Purnell mapped out the duct work in the home with impressive detail and accuracy. Anthony completed a second detailed assessment of areas surrounding the duct lines and vents. Justin maintained regular phone check-ins to summarize findings and discuss next steps.
