We scored the cutest, super-soft sheets, a super convenient bath tote, and so many other goodies to make her space feel like a home away from home. Standing inside this building brought back so many memories! I used to come to this exact spot as a kid back when it was K-Mart. - SMSherry MyersJul 17, 20261.0Never again will I order from this company! I ordered a "set" of bathroom towels to include bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels on line. I received email notification that the order was shipping incomplete as they were out of stock on the bath towels and would not be getting any more. I called the store and told the lady I spoke with that I would like to cancel the order because of the incomplete email notification I received. She informed me that it could not be cancelled once it was pulled for delivery. I explained the situation and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I told her I would be refusing the shipment and if my charge card was charged, I would dispute it. She said that was fine. When the delivery person showed up I told her I was refusing the order. She informed me that I could not do that and I told her to contact her store which she did and was told to take it back. She informed me in a most hateful tone that she had drove an hour to make this delivery, rolled her eyes and walked off shaking her head as I was trying to explain to her why I was not accepting it. Common sense says when a customer buys a "Set" be it dishes, bath towel sets or whatever, you don't ship it if you can't ship complete; especially when the company will not be providing the product again. So I have learned that common sense and discretion is not used when orders are received to be fulfilled. They do not contact the customer to communicate order issues, they simply email stating what you can and can't do. What an unpleasant experience but the lesson has been learned. Consumer beware!
