Office staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The location is convenient. But the increase in rental fees makes it harder to keep 2 units.

Don’t rent here. Rate went from $222 in September ($269 after they force you to have insurance) to $322 in January ($369 after $47 of insurance) to $422 in June ($469 after $47 of insurance). Insane to raise rates by almost double in 9 months.

The experience getting the storage unit was very pleasant. There is a young lady by the name of Anne She is one of the nicest people I ever met. She keeps the facilities, super clean. And she explains everything very well. I highly recommend coming down to this facility and do business with Ann!!
