This place is run by bandits. Signed on several months back for a small unit at $48 (including insurance. Get a very small mailer informing me that my new rate is $85. Speak to the manager and ask how they can justify a near doubling of my rate. First excuse is that I agreed to a promotional rate (if true, this was never communicated in the onboarding process), second is that rent goes up over time. Unacceptable behavior.
