  I had a great experience with Treat Your Feet Carpet Cleaning, thanks to Troy! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Since he was new to the Savannah area, he called for directions, but once he arrived, he got right to work and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. What really stood out was his attention to detail and customer service. Since I had already moved out and the air conditioning was turned off, he thoughtfully turned it back on after finishing to help the carpets dry properly and prevent any issues from the summer heat. That level of care and initiative was greatly appreciated. Troy was courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to receive customer service like this these days. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer, I highly recommend requesting Troy!

  I called on a Saturday after all appointments were taken; however, they were able to fit me in. The technician was thorough and left my carpet looking like new and smelling really good. Great customer service from start to finish!!!

  I had an appointment, which I scheduled around my lunch time and when I scheduled I made sure they knew it was around my lunch break... So the tech was at the house before me which was cool, he came in and started cleaning the carpet and as he got to the living room the machine stopped working. He stated that he had to go get gas from the closest gas station, so I took that time to go pick my boyfriend up literally 3 minutes away where he parks his 18 wheeler. I got back to the house and called the tech and he stated that he had to go back to the office to pick up another truck ( i felt like I should have received a call versus calling him). I felt like I should have been discounted or something. I get my carpet cleaned every 3 to 4 months and this is my 1st time using this particular company and it will be my last time. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Don't get me wrong the tech did a great job it was just a really huge factor that he had to leave and come back. I missed an extra hour out of work due to this... NEVER WILL THIS COMPANY GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!
