From the moment I entered the office the Manager Ed personally created an environment that made us not only feel welcomed, but wanted as well. The driveway you first pull into, throughout the entire facility, not a single piece of trash could be seen. We have left our other unit of 12 years and will remain loyal to your company for many years thanks to the experience created by your Manager Ed. He as well personally took the time to train and explain in detail the multiple options I had for renting. I thank you for finding such a great team leader.
