I have been meaning to leave this review for months but kept forgetting. Just wanted to give a shout out to Kayla. She was the first associate that gave me the Extra Space Storage experience and was super clear on the procedure and not at all pushy (which i personally prefer.) She went over several options with me to help me find the best size for my items, and has been able to help solve any issue/occurrence I have whether it be big or small. Thank you, Kayla for providing an amazing experience every time I drop by. Great customer service is a rare find these days. Thank you, again! :)

I have used Extra Storage Space before at another location, and I very much appreciated having a unit here at the last minute! The location was super convenient for me as well and accessing was so easy! Customer support was super friendly and very helpful when it was time to move out, and I was able to prorate my final month super quick. Definitely recommend using!

Amazing experience aside from the frequent price increases. I had a 5x5 unit which initially started off around $60 but by the time I moved out my monthly bill was up to $130 which in my opinion is too much for a 5x5 unit, especially when a new 10x10 cost the same amount. Aside from that I never had any issues with access, moving in/out or experiences visiting the unit.

I had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Kayla! As a first-time storage renter, I had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I understood the rental process and all of my options.
What I appreciated most was that she personally showed me each of the storage units I was considering so I could get a good visual representation of the space before making my decision. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely wanted to help me find the unit that best fit my needs.
