Johnette was amazing! Really patient and extremely knowledgeable. Also very chill vibe 😊. I have rented several units over the years and have even been on the commercial market side of storage facilities and my experience with Johnette is in the top 3 most enjoyable and memorable! On the above time and date 3:20pm 06/29/26 I came to Extra space storage to pay my pass due balance of $162.80 (one Month) the Manager was there she processed my payment. We talked for a few minutes, she stated that I had a lock on my unit, cool no problem. My access was also denied entry thur the Drive thur! Well around 6pm a came back to access the building Access Denied! The Manager was still there.. Great l went and told her I couldn't get in, she stated I was the last unit # she was putting in the system and also stated she hadn't been up to remove my lock! Ok great she goes up i leave! Handle what you need to handle ill come back once you are GONE! Come back SHE'S GONE!! Still no access to the building i can't get in the building from drive thur! And i need my SHOES!!! I start a new job in the Morning and I can't get in!! My access should have been reinstated once I made my payment of $162.80!! My payment is no longer behind!! Here it is 7:12pm and I still don't have access to the building.

Had a great experience moving into my new storage space. Manager checked me in early, showed me the space and how to work the lock and even moved my space closer to the elevator!!! Extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business and wish all business transactions were this positive in every way!!!! Thanks!!!

Johnette McSwain was excellent with us. She was patient and she helped us figure out what unit was best for us. She took her time and walked us around to different units and made sure we knew what we wanted and needed.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Johnette at Extra Space Storage! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our storage experience smooth. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explain our options clearly.
What could have been a routine transaction turned into a fantastic experience because of her hospitality and positive attitude.
