  I never thought I would miss my dry cleaners!!! Customer service is a plus. Generally we say customer service but the ownership down to the staff are extremely pleasant. They offer little specials throughout the month and the end product is amazing.

  I bought a handsome pair of tailored brown suede pants before the holidays and of course after the first time I wore them, I found a small food stain. After calling several dry cleaners and obtaining a few recommendations from friends, I contacted Ardsley Cleaners and spoke to a “manager” to whom I forwarded a few pictures. She later responded that she felt comfortable treating the stains and cleaning the pants. Honestly, I was overjoyed when I picked them up in February as they appeared brand new! As I was very confident with the quality standards, special care and service that had been rendered by Ardsley, I sought their expertise a second time to care for my pants. Unfortunately, the second experience turned into a month of multiple trips back and forth because the results were unacceptable, i.e. deep-set wrinkles, unbrushed, etc. Additionally, I was informed Ardsley “outsourced” the pants to another service without my knowledge or permission. A few days later I checked the Ardsley app and updated my status to indicate I was on my way………. The pants weren’t ready as the app indicated upon my arrival. Geez! I called Ardsley several days later, and one of the assistants confirmed the pants had been returned and were now ready for pick up. I questioned her about the pants, and she replied she thought they looked good, but of course, I would be the judge of them. I went to Ardsley to pick up my pants on Monday, 4/13/26 and the assistant brought them out draped over a hanger. The hanger was stained; the pants were obviously hung when damp. I was appalled and immediately left the cleaners. The brown suede pants are completely ruined; they are discolored and faded, very stiff and wrinkled to an extreme. Please see the pictures. I am so deeply disappointed in Ardsley, and the loss of my pants. I composed a message on the app when I returned home on Monday highlighting the damaged pants, the multiple trips to and from the store, and outsourcing of the work. I requested reimbursement for the damaged pants (not just the cost of cleaning) and the trips. I have not received a follow up response – not an email, call, or text. 4/30 I have not received any follow up from Ardsley management to address the damaged pants…..
