  Took off work to wait for an item called the store to be told the drivers got delayed by 2 hours for a job. Had I not called I wouldn’t have known. I understand things happen but I took off from my job If I could give 0 stars I would. chante was great things happen but the lack of communication until I called is unacceptable

  I placed an order for a bedroom set because they don’t carry California king in stock so it had to be special ordered . I understand that it had to take a few weeks to get here once it arrived we arranged for delivery and upon delivery the chest the back of the dresser was damaged footboard the was damaged on the bed, and the rails did not have the proper parts to be able to put the bed completely together. pictures were taken, and I was told it would take seven days for replacement to be in when I contacted the store later in the week to find out how long it was going to be. I was told it was going to take at least 2 to 3 weeks so I decided to not go with the furniture that was ordered from the store in all the years that I’ve been dealing with Aaron’s , I have had four bedroom sets two living room sets, televisions, washer, dryers, and other furnishings, and have never had anything of this sort happen or be treated as if I was beneath them and given very vague responses not only that but every time I was told that they would contact me. I ended up having to contact them and got more vague answers. I will never do business with the store and most likely never do business with Aaron’s ever again.

  This place is so unprofessional it’s not even funny … went in on a Saturday to get a tv they wasn’t going to be able to deliver until Thursday!!! Thursday came and we have a dog, so the dog was barking so we just told them we had take the TV inside the house and took the TV in the house wasn’t aware that you had to be on the geek squad to be able to set up the TV then the TV was unable to be set up. We use three different kind of batteries, thinking that it was the battery in the remote at the end of the day. Call dad talked to Angel or summer and because we didn’t let the guys in the house because of the dog, we had to wait until first thing in the morning that would’ve been Friday morning Friday morning came and went then we was told OK Saturday Saturday came and went the person. The delivery guy just dropped off a remote still wasn’t able to set up the TV Angel said call Monday that she would have her GM she would have to talk to her GM for us to get a new tv!!! They open up at 10:00am and I gave her until 11:30 I went up there Angel didn’t even remember me and I just said I want my money back!! Thank u Chris the general manager for ur help but I don’t recommend this place!!!
