  Dear Lowe's, I can't shop in your store without being approached by multiple people wandering the aisles, pitching whatever service you're promoting that day: HVAC, gutters, windows, roofing, you name it. Customer service at the big-box stores has been lacking for years, but putting more people on the floor just to make hard sales pitches instead of helping customers is a bad move. I'd rather find someone who can point me to the right aisle than dodge another pitch.

  on saturday 9/19 I received an email showing “proof of delivery” where you could see clearly the package being at the wrong house, I went to the store, and they said unfortunately they couldn’t give me my money back because a third party hired by THEM had messed up and maybe I should contact that third party myself and “see if they could do anything for me”. I submitted a claim through the customer service number, they CLOSED IT AS “RESOLVED”, customer service contacted a “manager V” who assured will contact me in 24-48hrs, it’s been 8 days, me, the customer, has gotten zero words from anyone at this store, no manager, no one, they still owe me $130

  Just wasted an hour of my busy Saturday because this store can’t bother keeping an accurate inventory on their website. I needed 3 of an item that the site said they had 34 of, only for them to be completely missing when I got to the store. I walked around for 5-10 minutes checking every bay in the section. No employee ever offered to help. These big box stores are utter trash.

  I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service I received today at the Lowe’s Sandy Springs location. I went to the store to return a healthy plant that my husband had purchased for me while he was out of town. Since I did not personally make the purchase, I was trying to provide the information needed to process the return. The employee first tried my card, but he said it did not work. He then asked me to try using my phone number. I explained that I was not sure whether the phone number associated with the purchase was still current or whether Lowe’s had updated information. I was simply trying to understand what other options were available to complete the return. I asked whether, if the original payment method could not be verified, I could receive a Lowe’s gift card instead, since I would only use it for purchases at Lowe’s. The employee told me, in a very dismissive manner, that they were not going to give me a gift card and that Lowe’s had stopped doing that. What upset me most was not simply the return policy, but the employee’s attitude and the way he spoke to and treated me. His tone, facial expressions, and overall behavior made me feel as though I was doing something wrong or trying to misuse the return process. I was simply a customer asking for help with a legitimate return. I left the store feeling very hurt and disrespected. Customers should be treated with courtesy and dignity, even when a return cannot be processed. If there is a specific return policy that prevents an employee from issuing a gift card, I can understand that, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated disrespectfully while asking about her options. I also felt that I was being treated differently because of how I look or because I am an Indian woman. I cannot know the employee’s intentions, but the way I was treated left me concerned that bias may have played a role. I would appreciate Lowe’s taking this concern seriously and reviewing what happened. I am requesting that management investigate this interaction and provide appropriate feedback or training to the employee regarding respectful and professional customer service. I have been 20 years a loyal Lowe’s customer . This never happened all these years. And expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that other customers will not have a similar experience.

  I’m am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the Lowe’s Sandy Springs location. I purchased a dishwasher from this location, along with installation and haul away services, on 8.12.2026. The unit was picked up and successfully installed on 8.17.2026, however, the appliance is faulty and leaks. This was, thankfully, determined during the test wash imitated by the installer. A work order for a replacement was placed same day, however, as of 9.4.2026, Lowe’s has failed to replace the faulty unit. I was told today the store has not ordered a replacement and CLOSED THE TICKET. I’m livid and cannot seem to get anyone in management to engage with the reorder and installation. I was told by a Lowe’s service rep I could disconnect the unit myself and bring it to the store for a refund, but an order could not be placed with another store otherwise. So, I have a non usable dishwasher, $700 tied up with Lowe’s, and a manager who had no want to replace the appliance. For this, I will not shop with Lowe’s again. Also, I’d highly advise steering clear of the shandy Sandy Springs location. Save your time, energy, and money.
