    If you ever park here make sure there's no tools or anything of value in your car while you go in. Half the parking lot is taken up by shady people sitting in their cars preying on customers. Just from where I'm parked near the front door I can see a line of cars sitting in the shade all filled with trash and a few people in there camping out.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Lowe’s regarding a Toro lawn mower that was purchased for me as a Christmas gift. Since it was winter, I had no reason to use it until the season changed. From the very first use, the mower continuously shut off every single time I tried to use it. I contacted Lowe’s for help, but because it was outside of their return window, they refused to do anything about it — even though the mower was brand new and clearly defective from the start. Very frustrating considering how much money was spent on it. A company like Lowe’s should stand behind the products they sell and help customers when a product is faulty right out of the box. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

    God awful store!! Hardly anyone working in garden center. I finally found someone that wanted nothing to do with helping me. He said “I don’t do that stuff, I’m only a cashier”. I then asked him to send me over someone that could help me. He left and I waited 10+ minutes then decided to leave. As I was walking out he was at the register with two other employees, none of which came to help me. What a JOKE!!! Last time at Lowe’s.

    DO NOT GO HERE. This is the worst Lowes we have ever dealt with. A year ago we ordered bi-fold doors and we STILL do not have the correct doors for the space. They have been horrible to deal with and can't complete a simple task of ordering the correct size even though they have continuously sent people to our house to measure. We have continued to stick with them because it has been such an ordeal but at this point I've spent countless hours on the phone with their leadership and couldn't be more disappointed. We will never shop at Lowes again. And this is coming from someone who has exclusively used Lowes for the last decade and renovated a house using their products.

    Today I visited Lowe’s to look for engine coolant for my car. I honestly wasn’t sure if I would even be able to find the right product there. Fortunately, one of the employees, Mr. Chance, was incredibly polite, kind, and patient. He went above and beyond to help me. He personally walked with me, searched for the correct coolant, and even took the time to explain the details of this product properly. I truly appreciate his professionalism and helpful attitude. I’m very happy to see that Lowe’s has such outstanding employees like Mr. Chance. Thank you, Mr. Chance, for your excellent customer service!
