The worst customer service and delivery experience I ever had is from this store. I ordered a 36 inch GE Profile gas Cooktop almost one month ago on June 2nd and it has constantly been delayed and rescheduled and then not delivered. The associates do not respond properly and put my follow-up request on a circle between delivery department and the store. You cannot treat a customer like this. My appliance has not been delivered and this has delayed the contractor and our house remodeling work. The last four digits of my order is 3830. It is frustrating that I have to write my follow up here hoping someone from the Lowe’s corporate sees it and hopefully do something! If you cannot deliver do not sell!

Good luck getting anyone on the phone, I spent over an hour trying to get the pro desk, being put on hold for over 30 min, to be disconnected.. they don't care. I have spent an hour and half just trying to talk to someone about an order at their store/delivery. "Thank you for calling Lowes Sandy Springs, please hold.." times 10000000... I have BEEN holding. GET IT TOGETHER.

I came in with the difficult task of needing to craft axels for my grocery cart I purchased on Amazon. Two gentlemen, Robert and Ramon, helped me immensely. not only did they find the right rods to create axels for me, they cut the rods, drilled holes in them, and taught me how to install caps. They were absolute gentlemen, the BEST help and I am forever a Lowe's convert!! thank you again for not only making my day, but my month! I cant stop talking about how big of a help they were.
