This is the big box store to go to. Plenty of selection we purchased a stove top there at a great price what’s so exceptional is the service the people are friendly. There are plenty of people to help.

Went in to look at a lawnmower on a Friday mid afternoon. Could not find a single person to help me with some questions. When someone did come to help, they could not answer any questions about the product I was looking at, so they went to get someone else to help. It took a while so I gave up waiting for anyone. I walked around the store to find a cart big enough to hold the lawnmower. I asked someone in a blue vest and he helped find me a cart. When I asked if he could help me load the mower onto the cart, he said the red vest workers can help with that but there were none available that were not at a register. As he was helping me find a cart, he tried to sell me gutters. As I rolled my cart to my car, a Lowe’s employee was outside near the garden center. This nice employee asked if I needed help loading the mower into my car and I accepted his help. I live about 25 min from this Lowe’s so it pretty far for me. The Home Depot near my house did not have the model mower that I wanted and this Lowe’s was the closest store that had it. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of help and poor customer service
