BJ at the Hope Rd location in Sandy Springs, GA made my moving nightmare turn into a Cinderella story with his professionalism and kindness.
I originally went to Darryl at the Dunwoody Place location in Sandy Springs, GA who made me feel at home with his cheerful hospitality.
Darryl referred me to BJ as his location didn't have what I needed.
These gentlemen are definitely an asset to the Extra Space Storage community as they made everything easy.
Both facilities are very clean and well maintained for easy access.

BJ could not be more helpful & patient! He is a huge asset to Extra Space Storage! He cares about your customers as much as he cares about your company! Always smiling with charm beyond compare! I used to teach sales, marketing and customer service at Lanier Tech. BJ has every quality that I was teaching adults to strive for...
As far as pricing, be careful to note that Extra Storage changes prices randomly after 4 months. However, they send notices.
The storage units are nice & clean. Again, it helps that BJ is here if I need him! The movers I hired were impressed as well with BJ!
I have several units at the Hope Rd location in Sandy Springs. I will be keeping them here mainly because of BJ. They really are great spaces to store things you care about.
