This month makes it a year that I've been at this location. July 13, 2026 was the Very FIRST time that I've noticed that someone actually cleaned the place.
For the first time I entered the elevators to vacuumed carpet and wiped down doors. I avoid coming because it's always filthy.
I seen two men outside of the property who appeared to be people that oversees it. So I'm assuming that the ONLY reason why staff decided to do what there suppose to do is because someone was doing a walk through.
The grounds and facility is so unkempt. Which is the main component when operating a property. There's no excuse not to stay on top of maintenance with a name brand like this one.
I seen Mari maybe a month ago with a cleaning cart for the 1st time as well but that was just for one area in the basement.
The loading dock needs to be pressure washed. Trash stays outside and inside of the building.
I moved to this facility for a better deal. I guess the saying stands true. You get what you pay for.
I went to the dollar tree to purchase a broom, mop to clean the unit out before moving in. I swept the entire aisle.
The doors were also open for Idk how long. I arrived at 2pm the doors were wide open left at 6pm and the doors were still open.
