Had a great move-in experience with friendly staff. Now on the back-end with payments and guaranteed rates... not so much. If you're given a guaranteed rate for 6 months but then the website doesn't allow you to pay for 6 months and the team understands this glitch and guarantees this rate regardless - consider that guarantee useless. Everyone I talked to about this: Dead end, no help, no understanding, no adjustments. All because this guarantee was not documented in their notes so nothing could be done. So much for owning your own lack of communication and technology issues. Would not recommend.

How before you even move in can you not just transfer a unit that is listed as cheaper online. Have to cancel and wait 48 hours to rebook another unit is crazy! Not to mention they tell you after 4 months the “promotion” ends. Hell we doing here storage space. Be better! Not that hard

Do not rent here. They are predatory with their business practices. I rented out a 10x25 and only after 4 MONTHS my rate hiked almost 50%. Management is not as responsive as they should be and seem almost impossible to reach. I would never recommend renting a unit here to anyone let alone any extra space storage facility.
