Rented a smaller unit here for about 5 years now. It's super low key, located on a very quiet road, but very safe, no real complaints but wanted a larger space.
I contacted Extra Space Storage online about my unit, and after my information was forwarded to the manager, Todd followed up very quickly. When I called him back, he answered right away.
He was personable, attentive, and not pushy. He listened to what I needed and helped me move into a larger unit at a lower monthly rate than I had been paying. The process was smooth and easy. Took less than 15 minutes.
