I’ve had such a good experience with Extra Space Storage, and Bionca is honestly the reason why. She’s always so nice and welcoming every time I come in or call. No matter what I need, she goes out of her way to help and makes everything so easy. You can tell she actually cares and isn’t just doing her job. She’s also super quick to respond, which I really appreciate. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but she definitely delivers every time!

Upon arrival i was greeted by this pretty moth. It’s been known to bring me good luck. The customer service rep that helped me was extremely friendly. Sometimes when people are investing in a storage stems from a stressful situation (Current). She was able to stay calm in my storm. Greatly appreciated. She gave me detailed instructions in reference to my unit and the facility. I definitely recommend.
