    Met a disrespectful Employee Today Came to Lowe's today with my dad, my brother, and my sister to buy some items. When we went to the self-checkout, my brother (who currently works at Lowe's) had to leave early and told us to use his employee discount by using his number. The employee came up to us and asked for our IDs. She asked for IDs to see if they matched the name of the number; my dad said, "Oh were using our son's discount." The lady then proceeded to get in front of my dad's face and said, "No, you can't use it, it's against our store policy," with the most passive-aggressive tone ever. We didn't know until she told us. In the end, we called my brother, telling him to come back to Lowe's to check out for us since the lady refused to let us pay. But while we were waiting, she got in front of my father's face and kept verbally harassing my dad, saying we need to learn our mistakes, and it's our fault for doing this. The Moment she started to harass my dad with the most aggressive attitude ever, I asked her why she was speaking to my dad like that, getting up all in his face and making him feel like he was a child. My sister, who was also there, asked her as well (In English, we were speaking Spanish the whole time from the start when she asked us the question). She then proceeded to go in front of my sister's face, saying at this point out loud, "Why are you speaking English to me? Speak Spanish when talking to me." My sister and I both looked at each other with a look of confusion. The lady proceeded to say in English, " When speaking to me, we speak Spanish." My sister got furious and asked her why she had to speak Spanish when we were in an American store. The lady then said," I don't care where we are, I can speak German if I want to, I can speak Italian if I want to." They then started going back and forth as well. My Dad and my sister waited outside for my brother to come. While they were outside, I guess she was looking for someone else to argue with, because she then started to yell at me for no reason, saying how we were causing a ruckus and how we should've just not used the discount and left. At this point, I've grown tired of her, as she can just start yelling at us and now tries to get us to leave. So we started arguing too. In the End, we paid for our items and got a side of Verbal Harrassment. She was friendly and spoke normally to other customers in the meantime, but treated us poorly and spoke differently to us.

    They now have a nice women’s clothing line that carry very light clothing for the summer! Their orchids are to die for also!

    Ordered 30 bags of Mulch and 12 Bags of Black Cow. Lowe’s schedule delivery for Wednesday 3/25 12-4pm. It never showed even though they confirmed the night before. The app said I was next for delivery. Called the store and the associate said delivery staff left at 3pm. She had to call the manager. She did call me back only to tell me that I was rescheduled now for Saturday 3/28 8-8pm I didn’t understand why this couldn’t be rescheduled for the next day. I was told orders for that day were also being rescheduled and this was the first available time. I then asked since I was delayed could I have it delivered early Saturday. She said since it was a third party delivery service she had no authority to do this. Saturday came and at 8 pm no delivery! I attempted to call the store and once again after explaining things a rude associate sent me on a message Loop in the delivery department that was obviously closed. It still showed on the app that I was one of 10 deliveries and I was next in line. Then the app said I was delayed and they were working on it. At 8:40pm the delivery finally showed. I have used Lowe’s many times in the past and was long time customers but I must say this was the worst I have ever experienced. No one taking accountability! Such a shame!

    Not happy. Received no help while loading 20 bags of mulch and cement, the cart wheel hit a hole n their concrete coming out everything fell over and busted they acted irritated because I asked for a bag to put my busted bags of concrete in, no help picking everything up and no offer to replace busted bags. I will take my business elsewhere...and I do a lot.

    My family bought a stove from Lowes January 4 2026. The frist was delivered toward the end of the month. The cane out put it in OVEN dose it work. 2 weeks later the call set for another stove that takes another 2 to put it its damaged can not put it in. So they delivered another one to the house waited 10 days for them to put it in. Now nearly 3 months without a oven they can not put that stove because it damaged. Nearly a $900.00 stove still dose not have a oven that works. So now I got to find a stove that works an someone to put it cause Lowes can not get there crap together
