  While the staff at this location were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, the overall rental process was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. I reserved and paid for a storage space for my trailer online, then drove to the facility on a Sunday only to discover that first-time customers cannot access the gate until they meet with an employee during business hours. This important requirement was not made clear during the online reservation process, and it would have saved me both time and an unnecessary trip had it been disclosed upfront. When I returned the following business day, I was informed that I needed to provide my trailer registration and proof of insurance. While my trailer is properly registered, I do not carry a separate insurance policy for it because it is covered under my vehicle's insurance policy, which is common for many utility trailer owners. Again, this requirement should have been clearly communicated before accepting payment. Another disappointment was the advertised pricing. The space was listed at $49.99 per month, but the actual cost increased due to mandatory insurance purchased through the company. Additionally, the month-to-month rate is higher unless you pay several months in advance. These additional costs were not clearly reflected in the advertised price. After three days of technically "having" the rental space but still being unable to use it, combined with the confusing policies, unexpected requirements, and misleading pricing, I decided to store my trailer elsewhere. The only positive part of my experience was the staff, who were courteous and did their best to help within the company's policies. My frustration is directed at the company's reservation process and corporate policies—not the employees at this location. The company has agreed to issue a refund, and I am now waiting to see how long that process takes.

  The business it's self sucks it's predatory and something I would not recommend to my worst enemy.however the employees and managers are awesome! Especially Mrs Lorie and Adam and one other who bent over backwards for me were why I stayed with the company so long.with out these people Im sure I would have lost all my personal belongings and money invested in storing them,thank you Mrs Lori and Adam I'm very grateful for your customer service skills,care and concernes,I don't believe I could have gotten better customer service even if I had prayed for better! As for the company you provide this type of service for,they don't deserve you with their predirory policies and greed beyond reasonings.stop and take a min to reflect on is this job really worth a mark against your soul in the event you are forced to up hold their greedy policy/ scam.scriptuer say blessings to those who refuse to walk with the wikid and I sée you refuse to walk and stay aligned with scripture.Thank you! And keep holding on.no matter the challenge.but bail if the chance ever present it's self.
