Beware when this lowes tells Your next day delivery!! Ordered a toro lawnmower on 6/12/2026 was told it would be delivered on 6/13/2026 ! Waiting all day for the next day delivery! But lowes (Rincon) decided that they wanted to ship it on a future date without telling the Customer! Why couldn't lowes just tell Me the Customer that it was not possible! Next time I will just Shop at Ace or Home Depot.

Used a gift card for a purchase. Somehow the remaining balance was never placed back on card. Spoke with corporate and issue was transferred to local Rincon store. Never received a call/email regarding investigation and never received a resolution. Lost over $100.

Ken is a useless sponge. Came in to the Rincon location with my cabinets already planned and predetermined. After waiting 45 minutes for him to return from lunch I stated just needed a quote and was willing to purchase today. He stated he didn’t have time. (It was 2PM on a Monday) and I needed to come back Wednesday. I stated that I work a double shift the next two days and today was the only day I could as the sale ends Wednesday. he just said he didn’t have time. We left and went to the Pooler Lowe’s.

Can't price match there own other stores.
Manager can't actully explain why or even care to try.
So I ordered it online for curbside pick up and got it for the price I wanted.... the problem 1 price matching from another store they are a part of literally cant price match from lowes to lowes is dumb. 2 the manager acting insanely disrespectful or maybe she was just ignorant to the questions I asked and chose attitude instead.
The guy outside also was ignorant to question on how the app works but yet hes been working here for over a year.
