Wanted to tell everyone what an incredible person Shan is. Ever since I have had my belongings at Extra Space, she has always been there for me. Always answered my questions or gotten back to me very quickly with the answer for me. She is aiways pleasant on the phone, knowledgeable and very friendly. She helped me when I was being charged the wrong price for my unit. Which helped me financially. Got me the size unit I needed. All in all, she has made my stay there incredible.
