  Jada was polite, helpful and very respectful. She is efficient and speedy. I had no problem speaking with her on the phone and scheduling a time for my visit to pick up storage unit contents. She was very positive and friendly. Having such a great personality helps make the process so much more enjoyable. I really appreciated her friendliness and proficiency. Wish I could give her 10 stars.

  Rude staff. David should be fired for how he spoke to my wife with Crohn's disease. They discriminate on sick people than scream and yell at them. To the point my wife was crying. Horrible customer service!

  I have been buying storage action for over 3 years all over GA. I have never delt with such rude and nasty employees in my life. Not only did they padlock 2 of my won actions units after it was paid and I already had locked with my own personal lock but I was also spoken to very rudely and violently by David one of their employees. I have very server Crohn's disease and while I was cleaning out a unit had to run and use the restroom on the grounds. DAVID not only told me I was not allowed to use an employee bathroom but he also laughed at me when I tried to explain to him I have crohns disease and needed to use it, he advised me to run across the street to the Krogers if I had to use the restroom. Now if you are not familiar with Crohn's disease, it is an intestinal disease that you are not able to hold your bowls. When I even tried to explain this to him he stated its only for employees and laughed and could not use it. I had to run back into my car to run to the public restroom across the street. When I returned back to the storage place, I was speaking to another employee "Jada" regarding what just took place and asking for the managers information so I can contact her directly to notify her of what took place with David. David came out of the back room screaming and yelling in a very aggressive manner and stating how I was a liar and how he did not laugh at me. To the point my husband and 6 year old daughter heard him screaming at me from outside while they where in the car. I have never ever been spoken to by a young person in this manner, especially over using a restroom nor being laughed at over my crohns disease. This has truly been a horrible horrible experience at this storage facility. Please beware of the rude, nasty and violent behavior. After speaking to the manager Sander she was also not apologetic by any means. She just stated she told him to stay away from me. Not once did she apologize to me on the behalf of her rude and violent employee. This is truly sad what the world is coming to and how kids speak to adults with health issues.

  I cannot say enough good things about Jada at Extra Space Storage(Brownsville Rd location). She was incredibly professional, patient, and understanding during a time when I truly needed someone willing to work with me. From the moment we spoke, she treated me with kindness and respect, making the entire process much less stressful. Jada is truly an angel, and her dedication to helping customers shines through in everything she does. Thank you, Jada, for your compassion, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. You made a difficult situation so much easier, and I am deeply grateful.

  I had a great experience with Jada at Extra Space Storage. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish and was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and made me feel valued as a customer. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out.
