If you need to order paint, don’t even waste your time coming we waited an HOUR for somebody to help us and nobody came. The returns crew called somebody 4 times and still nobody!

We spent $874.75 for paint during a rebate special in August of 24’. We applied for the rebate using the receipt like we were told and it was not honored. The last update we got was that the rebate was on its way. Never received. We were cheated out of A LOT of money. When we contacted Lowe’s we were told they can’t help us due to a new system that doesn’t have the old rebates linked. We asked for a manager and the best we got was a “My manager will give you a call next week” Update- they never called, Suprised? Not really. EXTREMELY Disappointed . New Update 4/28/2026 - I called the number Lowe’s left in their reply and have been hung up on 2 times and then told by Lowe’s rebate center there is nothing they can do since they moved to a new system. And Lowe’s customer service just says to call Lowe’s rebate center even after explaining the situation. @lowes not off to a great start earning my trust back. I’m tired of wasting my time.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
