  We spent over $11,000 on an order. Months and months later, we are still waiting on a rug that was over $2000. So we have a fully furnished room with no rug or firm delivery date . We have lots of excuses, but LaZBoy refused to refund our money . The manager refused to give us a loaner rug. Their solution?? Come buy another rug and use it till the rug you ordered comes in. LaZBoy in Pooler , Ga , we are disappointed. Henceforth, I will only buy from locally -owned businesses with no 1-800 numbers for customer service.., Rugless & frustrated in GA!

  We have been kicking the idea of a new loveseat around for a few months and made several trips into the store. Christian was our sales rep and he did a magnificent job. They really get to know you and take the time to find out what your needs and desires are so they can help you better. They don’t just try to shove the nearest thing that needs to get out the door onto you. Really recommend them for good American made furniture.

  What a wonderful experience! Christian and Pooja were extremely helpful and patient. They made it a pleasurable experience picking out and purchasing the right size furniture for our new living room. Our Lazy Boy sofa and recliners are so beautiful and comfortable we will be enjoying them for years to come.

  Called this store about problems with a Lazy boy leather sofa less than 2 years old. Ask for someone to look at the sofa and tell me what can be done to fix the back of the reclining part of the couch. They gave me a number to LazyBoy in Rock Hill SC. I explained what I needed sent picture and purchase info. Only to be told that it cost 195.00 for a tech to come and look at the sofa plus the cost of any parts needed . I explained I didn’t know what it needs and that was why I asked if when in my area could someone look at the sofa. Again I was told have to pay the $195.00 first and then if parts are needed I would have to pay for them as well. So if you buy a piece of furniture from Lazy Boy don’t count on help when you need it unless you are willing to pay more. In this case I’m still paying for something the manufacture has turn their back on for customer service. Shame on Lazy Boy. Next time I will shop somewhere else.
