Alexis was very helpful very polite and just a really sweet young lady to speak with on the phone she helped me get my unit where I needed it to be and at the price I needed it for and walked me through all of the paperwork and everything that needed to go on in order to secure my unit. I went to go move out of my storage unit today and realized I had forgotten my key. I caught the assistant manager, Brandy, as she was leaving for lunch. With absolutely no hesitation she stopped what she was doing and immediately came to help me. She was so pleasant and extremely helpful.
