- ESElana ScheurerSep 12, 20265.0I went into the store in Pooler, GA looking for eight outdoor pillows. I found only seven on the shelf. I asked a young gentleman named Ryan for help. He scanned the pillow and told me there were nine in the store. I told him not to worry about looking for the last pillow as I thought it would be a pain to sort through so many items. He told me to move aside and proceeded to pull down what seemed to be 50 cushions so he could see if one was hiding amongst the other items of the same design. He found another pillow for me! He then cleaned up the entire mess of cushions while I headed up to the front of the store to get a cart. It is hard to find an employee like Ryan that will go above and beyond what is expected, especially someone of his age. What a wonderful testament to his work ethic. At Home should be proud to have him as an employee. And no, I am just a happy customer and not his mother! Great job, Ryan.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
