    Martita , the cashier, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took her time to ensure I was getting the correct quantity, even though she had other customers waiting. Despite the pressure, she remained composed and efficient.

    Great customer service here. Lots of inventory. Get lucky and check clearance for a jackpot find. Thank you to Keenan for getting stools off the top shelf. And also register person (Caucasian male with tattoos) for the helpfulness.

    This review is for Max! She was extremely friendly and helpful and very fun to talk to. She went above and beyond to assist me with finding everything I needed, and my purchases as I was shopping because we have relocated. This was shocking and completely unexpected, so of course, I had to leave a review. When considering today’s climate, everyone has an attitude or is rude or has something going on, and no one seems to know how to “check it” at the door when they go into their place of employment. It was extremely refreshing to not have to encounter that. Everything else I experienced was an added bonus. Max was extremely sweet & I will definitely go back. Hopefully, I see her again and all is well. Thanks, Max.😁

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I ordered two nightstands and a soap dish for same-day delivery. The nightstands were canceled because they were out of stock, but I was never notified. I only found out because I checked the order status myself. When I called the Pooler At Home store, I spoke with Kaylee, who said she was the manager and that she was personally fulfilling the order. Since the main items had been canceled, I asked if the $3 soap dish could also be canceled so I wouldn't be paying about $20 in delivery fees for a $3 item. Kaylee told me she could not cancel the soap dish. That explanation made no sense because the nightstands had already been canceled from the same order. If she was the person fulfilling the order and able to cancel the nightstands, it was difficult to understand why the soap dish could not also be canceled. Instead of offering a solution, refund, store credit, coupon, or any other accommodation, I was simply told it couldn't be done. What was most disappointing was that she was rude, unhelpful, and made no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the store's inventory issue. Because I still needed the nightstands, I had to place another order and pay shipping again. When it arrived, one nightstand appeared new, but the other arrived without proper packaging and looked like it had already been opened or returned. It had no protective Styrofoam or proper packing materials and appeared to have simply been placed in a box. The condition was so poor that I would not have considered it acceptable even as a scratch-and-dent item, yet it was sold at full price as new. The biggest issue is that every step created another problem, and no one seemed interested in fixing it. I received no notification about the cancellation, paid delivery fees for an item I no longer wanted, paid shipping again on a second order, and then received a product that did not appear to be new. I've spent a significant amount of time and effort trying to get these issues resolved, but I haven't received any meaningful assistance. The suggested solution seems to be returning the item to the store, but the nearest At Home location is about an hour and a half away from me. Expecting a customer to make a three-hour round trip to return a product that arrived in unacceptable condition is unreasonable. At this point, we're not talking about a small inconvenience. We're talking about roughly $800 tied up in a purchase that became far more complicated than it should have been. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect communication, accountability, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this experience had none of those.

    décor for my patio, and the young lady at the register went above and beyond. After ringing me up, she suggested some decorative pillows that would look really good with the patio set I picked out and even helped put together a whole color scheme for me. Most employees just ring you up and send you on your way, but her engagement and willingness to actually help stood out. She wasn’t pushy at all, which made the experience even better. The young lady’s name was Martita, and her customer service skills are at an all-time high. Great experience overall!
