I had decided to finally get a grown up couch! No more “second hand”, no more Ashley/VCF crap…it was time to get the couch that will last me many many years. Going into this plan, I knew it would mean an investment and possibly having payments, but it was time. I looked at thee different brands, as I wanted a pet friendly modular. I looked at 7th Avenue, Anabei, and LoveSac. I tried the fabric samples out by rubbing them on my cats and dog, pouring espresso on them, and even a mango juice. I was doing my homework. Unfortunately, two of these companies either were online only or no local showroom. But LoveSac was near my home. Again, I went online and read many reviews, comparing all three; Anabei felt cheap to many, 7th Avenue looked messy and was often too big, LoveSac was hard to assemble. I decided to make my own decision about LoveSac and went to the showroom on a whim. As soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by Morgan. She was so sweet and personable. She didn’t give off any “I’m trying to make commission” vibes, nor was aggressive. Her and I sat down and talked about what I was looking for and explored fabric options. Once that was established, it was on to how many pieces I would need. Morgan brought out the blocks, I told her my max size, and she helped me build the perfect couch. She even told me, “If it’s too big, you can return pieces. If it’s too small, you can always add on.” She knows her stuff, she takes her time listening and talking with you too. Not only that, she will check up on you via text and answer any questions or concerns that you may have. I absolutely LOVE my 6 seat, 6 back sofa. I went with standard fill with angled backs, and it’s so comfortable. It is currently set up in a pit layout and has become the hangout spot for my teen son, myself, and my four fur babies. The fabric is Mondo Ultra Velvet and it’s super easy to clean and remove animal hair off off. I even accidentally got permanent marker on a cover, while putting it on (I was labeling tags). It washed right off with a wet paper towel. BTW: assembly was not that hard. It does take a while though, as mine showed up in 14 boxes. But Morgan sent me a link to very helpful videos for tricks on putting it together. WATCH THE VIDEOS!!! Honestly, if you’re on the fence about what brand to go with, I highly recommend LOVESAC! It has a lifetime warranty, 90 day satisfaction guarantee, 24 month 0% interest payment option, and you can continue to customize for years to come.
