I’ve had a really positive experience with this Extra Space Storage location overall. The facility is clean, convenient, and the staff has been helpful throughout my move. I did run into some confusion regarding after-hours access, but Brandon, the store manager, personally reached out and quickly resolved everything. I really appreciated how responsive he was and how quickly he made things right. Great customer service and a very good experience overall!
