  My friend and I had the most amazing experience today at this Lowe's location! We were on a mission to find a few more boxes of my bathroom tile, we were informed by two other Lowe's tile centers that it was available in large quantities at this location. My Lowe's an hour away could not fulfill my order, and I have been waiting for over a week to get word if they found more or could ship it to me from another store. Note this was a clearence tile that was beyond hard to find, so I was happy to find just one box if possible anywhere... We ended up driving to three different locations and this location at Beaver Ruin Road was our last attempt at trying to find this tile so that I could finish my bathroom! We ended up working with Fritz and Evert the last 30 min before closing. They went above and beyond just to find me an additional few boxes of tile! At first I only found one box and I was happy They were amazing! They even helped us load the towels into our car! One of the best customer service experiences I've had at Lowe's! And this is why I love coming to Lowe's to find the items I need to finish my home renovations! Once we find a great customer service representative, we keep coming back! Thank you Fritz and Evert, you are my heroes!

  I tried to do a return here and the customer service representative said, "I'm sorry, the package must be in its original package. I can't sell it if it doesn't have a barcode. Sorry it's store policy" I went home and did my research and there is NO POLICY about my item not being able to be returned. It was a non-powered hand tool. So I drive back to the store, ask for the store manager and explain to him the situation. He ALSO points to the policy saying "THIS is the policy we're talking about where it states we don't take the item without its original package" as he points to the "48 hour exceptions", which states "Items returned in original, UNOPENED, undamaged, FACTORY-SEALED PACKAGING or unused if not sold in packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery or the time of pickup". However, the 48 hour return policy only applies to: Major appliances: Air conditioners and evaporative coolers, Paint sprayers, Portable generators, pressure washers, chainsaws and pole saws, Utility vehicles, golf carts, go-karts and motorized bikes, Construction heat and parts. So either they don't know their own policy, or they're just shady. Ultimately, he did the return for me. So you get 2 stars instead of 1 star and a hearing from the district manager. Stand your ground. Do your research. Don't let them bully you.

  I went to Lowes located at 2035 Beaver Ruin Rd, Norcross,Ga about a week ago to purchase a palate of LVP flooring. Glenn and Tony was very helpful, courteous, patient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They assisted me everything that I needed for my project. They made shopping there a breeze. I will definitely be shopping at that location again. Thank you Glenn & Tony for an amazing service and shopping experience.

  By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Lowe’s store. This Lowe’s In Lilburn, GA, on Stone Mountain Hwy is staffed full of people who are just looking to boost their numbers and look good on paper. managers needs to have some customer service class or training. I goto the store looking for the last of a limited edition product that I drove 2hrs to find due to it being out of stock every where I look. But I happened to be going in this direction so I chanced it. I go inside find the product. A Klein 3 piece modbox toolbox set. Just to find that it was a return. That they put back on the floor. One of the tool boxes apart of the set was missing, the wheels looked like they were rolled through mud, the box was scratches all over and the handle was broken. And the drawer organizers were gone. Seeing I made the journey and really would hate to return 2hrs empty handed I did some research and found I can replace the wheels and handle and really wanted this box as it is the last one I offered to consider buying the toolbox. After speaking to an employee who was very nice in paint department and she warned me that the manager would try and rip me off I still asked how much? Because I was not paying $380 for a half missing damaged toolbox. The manager told the other employee (not me) even though I was standing right there to have him take it to ring out and they can discount it 10%. So you want me to pay $350 for a tool box when the $180 toolbox apart of the set it missing and it is damaged and scratched everywhere? I politely asked to speak to a manager because I hoped customer service would prevail and maybe someone with some experience would help. After 3 employees tried to tell me it was a display and that’s why it was damaged. The same woman came back and said that best she could do it $340 with an attitude and told them we only had 4 of them on a pallet and what you expect everyone steals these things and just walked off. Still could not talk to me directly even though I was standing right there. She being the manager I assume should have just addressed me. And as I walked out the woman from paint said I told you she would rip you off and I just left. I tried to not waste a 2hr trip and thought customer service was better than that. I would like a district manager to reach out to me about this situation It will only allow me three photos but I have more of the other damage and video
