    I would not revisit this store if you paid me. I ordered an item to be assembled. I was given a pickup day / time. Tracking showed a delay, so I tried calling the store to get an update. Called the store several times and no answer at all, just kept ringing. We finally just drove to the store where after 30 minutes of waiting we were informed that it would be a week before it could be assembled and picked up. Mind you the associate that works for them scheduled the assembly and pickup time for me in their system. We decided to take the item disassembled and had to wait almost another hour before anyone would finally bring it out. Meanwhile associates were walking around talking about their weekend plans and doing nothing to help at all. Save your time and go to Home Depot.

    I’m a Pro customer, but in the electrical conduit section, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get the padlock unlocked so I could grab two breakers.

    The one start is so that I can leave this review! The store was better off keeping Marlow as the manager. The new store manager is of some Hispanic origin and he makes.it known how he feels about other races. He shows favoritism to the Hispanics. This store needs to be swept and he needs to be replaced with someone who will.be fair to everyone. I will not be shopping at this store and probably no other Lowes until this store manager is replaced with someone who is fair across the board.

    Hard to find help anywhere in the store outside the registers. Hardly anyone seemed to be working when I walked all over the store. Had to go to the returns desk to ask a question.

    Go to home Depot. Lowes has Terrible customer service. Meredith the manager is awful and tells lies. Their corporate office is just as bad. In this economy no one should be dealing with this nonsense.. Just go to Home Depot or Ace. Do not use Lowes delivery service I paid for delivery that included removal of an existing pallet. While the new items were delivered, Lowe’s failed to complete the agreed-upon pickup. As a result, I cancelled the order with the understanding that Lowe’s would retrieve the items and issue a full refund. Since then, Lowe’s has scheduled two separate pickup appointments and failed to complete both. This has left me storing merchandise that I have already cancelled and requested to return, with no resolution or refund provided.
