  Terrible experience! Wish I could give 0 stars. I started the process with one of their employees to get my frameless mirrors framed in March, by May we had agreed on a sample and pricing and then that employee was non responsive. I reached out to the office and they said she was no longer working for them and that someone would follow up. No one did. 3 weeks passed by and I called again and they finally assigned me someone new. However apparently my file disappeared and we had to start the process all over again. The first scheduled meeting for measuring was a no-show, after the mirrors were measured for the second time, I was quoted $200+ more than I was originally quoted and was told the original quote was way off and a pricing error was made. How is that my fault? Mind you, we are now in July, so now this process has been 4 months long. Not only has it been painful but now it is even more expensive. I’ve been very patient with them throughout, but there is so much one can take. they really need to work on their customer service as they take no accountability for anything and I’m supposed to just pay $200+ ??? Don’t waste your time
