- MBMorgan Barnett5 days ago1.0Not only was the website cumbersome because it would not ship all the products, but when I arrive to pick up the items that wouldnt ship- the employee was rude and there was no one there to help load the furniture. Why sell stuff that needs to be loaded and not have staff to help?
- JDJulia DecarvalhoJun 26, 20262.0spent a good chunk of money here trying to furnish my new apartment. has some great deals- but almost everything i bought was broken or missing pieces. staff ringing it up said "oh well you can buy glue!" and "eh i dont want to open the box to see if the pieces are there because it can be tricky to put back in!" it is my fault for trusting that obviously. even more frustrated because this store is about a 30 minute drive away- going to have to return almost everything I bought tomorrow. luckily allegedly the return policy is great, just bummed it was a waste of time. (I've included pictures and this is what it looked like in the store)

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
