  Sales reps greet you upon arriving. Introduce themselves and ask how they can assist. They answer questions and help guide ya as well as they can. They also back off a bit to let you browse which was appreciated, and then pop back over to ask if they can assist in any way. We appreciated not being pressured. We left and discussed purchasing and then returned the next day and bought what we found. 4-6 weeks for delivery. In store was a pleasant experience. Would return for future purchases. Cannot speak on delivery and product as that won’t happen for a while. But we would definitely return to shop and buy at this point.

  Our salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. He was well well versed on the lounge chairs. Im looking forward to having my chair. La-z-boy and their product are the best.

  I cannot say enough about my sales person Ayanna Myles, I’ve been desiring the Greyson sofa and recliner in leather so quite some time. She worked extremely hard to get me a price that worked for my budget, it one of the most comfortable pieces of furniture I’ve ever experienced. Look gorgeous. Has a lifetime warrant in springs, electronics basically the guts if it and one year in the leathers. They do offer a 5 year for 10% of the furniture price. This is the newnan location by the way, make sure you shop there.

  Dealing with the salesman was great. Each time I needed to call and talk to salesman they were always very helpful. BUT the same CANNOT be said for the delivery service. I gave the salesman the times of the day I could have someone available to sign for the delivery and they would send an email to the delivery company but would never get a response. The delivery company would send me a text while I was at work saying they were at my house to deliver the couch. I would click the link to set up the delivery but they never responded to me there either, and on 3 separate occasions they tried to deliver the couch while I was at work. For the fourth attempt someone from the warehouse finally called me and asked if a Saturday delivery would work. I told them yes. Well when that Saturday came I made sure I was home all day. I got a notification that the delivery could not be completed. I tried several times that day to get in touch with the delivery company to NO avail. I sent emails to them, finally found a phone number and called several times. No from there would answer nor return the call or emails. I waited till Monday morning of the next week and tried again with the same results. I called the store and asked for a full refund since I could not get my couch. They wouldn’t give me the refund either. I finally told them to have the couch delivered to the store and I would find someone to help me get it. Here I have been dealing with this for over a month since I got the call saying my couch was ready for delivery. I am just waiting for it to be delivered to the store now. Do NOT use their delivery service it is the worst customer non-service I have ever seen.
