Most absolutely rudest nastiest attitudes around newnan !!!!!!! Dont recommend to anyone ! You want great customer service , a company who cares about their customers and actually do their jobs then you have come to the wrong place!!!!!! I have used furniture that I purchased lol ya you heard that right used furniture as they completely lied and said it come with a new dresser and that they would provide all the correct bolts and pieces for the bed !!!!! Do you think they ???? Of course not !!!! They came out.It took them three days to come out multiple different times they changed on us after waiting at home for 3 days on them , losing three days worth of work, was excuse after excuse after excuse !!!! They finally arrived 3 days later and they arrived at 10 pm lol yep you seen that right!!!! Took them over two hours to get the bed up then after they assembled the bed, they left for us to notice the next day. None of the bolts were even correct for the bed. They were all sticking out gouged my leg open, which I have a scar on my leg that I can show you a picture of where it sliced my leg open by walking by called them for months to get them to come back out and fixed it never got them to fix it, then they said if I wanted to come get bolts I could, and I did, and of course, were those the right bolts nope called them back and I said that I needed to come get the bolts , which is not how that worked!!! We took the better part as we were moving it to another room.And do you think that bed was able to be put back together?No , because it was completely broke , bolt smashed through the side of the wood ( not 1 side but all sides ). to where the bed will not and cannot be put back together that i'm still paying on!!! So the bed completely fell apart!!!!!!!! Oh the dresser let's talk about that ! Half of the handles were broke , took us months to get their original handles , and bolts never did get the original bolts and parts of the wood were damaged ( when they agreed to replace the dresser or i would have never bought it just like the TV it come with crayon of some sorts ( wouldn't come off was scratched in the plastic of the screen ) and 3 spots where the TV was broken and it wasn't like that when I paid my down payments or never would have signed a contract with these scammers ( paying over grand for this crap have paid every payment to this date which has been over a year !!!! Was told they would get the crayon off before bringing it ! Mind you , I am extremely sick and I am always in snd out the hospital and just had a payment due!!!!
My husband answered the phone.Let them know that.I just got out of the hospital and gave them a date.My payment would be made as I pay all my payments.Obviously for me to still have it over a year later.And do you think that they made the proper notes in the system Of course , they didn't , as they never do their job there!!!! So they just keep calling and keep calling And keep calling which is harassment!!!! Especially if you've already done your job and told them you'd have your payment on which date as you always do !!!! No , they like to call over and over and over again as I said and harass you like , i've got ten thousand dollars worth of assets of theres , when everything i've got is broken 🤣 y'all don't go here !!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to rent a center better yet , you'd probably be better off going to goodwill , to get the kind of junk they're selling people !!!! They are very unprofessional and disgusting people !!! I will never do business with them ever again ! Very much in the mindset of having them come pick up all this junk !!!! I'm sure there's a 100 companies out here ! You'd want to spend your money with rather than these nasty people! Fighting kidney disease stage 3 with 1 kidney all while trying to rest as i should be so I can work and send ya the payment but if Im dead yall really won't get your money ! I ordered online on a Friday. I was told Tuesday would be the delivery day. I called Tuesday, and they had no idea about my order. Wednesday they said they would call me, never did. Thursday, I called, they said they would call back in 10 minutes. 3 hours later they called, I was asleep and missed it. I called and they told me that I had to be home to get it. I have a busy schedule and they didn't know when they could deliver. I called and I'm highly aggravated and the manager said to drop the attitude. Not I'm sorry but drop the attitude. The attitude I had was at their ineptitude. Avoid this place at all cost, they have no clue what they are doing.

Ordered a set of new washer and dryer. They brought a used dryer. Now we are in day 2 of waiting for a repair on a button on said dryer and this is the second button to be broken. Every time you call no one knows anything.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
