  We had a leak fixed, salt sensor and entire motherboard that needed replacing. Technician Brent was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. Really great customer service from the office to the field.

  I contacted Pamlico back in February regarding my in ground pool. Someone came out to my home and completed an assessment and I was told that I would receive an email with quotes for the work. I have not received an email nor has anyone from the company reached out to me regarding prices for the work. I have contacted Pamlico on three separate occasions and each time the receptionist told me that I would receive the email quickly and my email address was confirmed. If my business was not wanted I wish someone would have told me. I was really looking forward to doing business with Pamlico, but I will take my business elsewhere.
