    Ordered items for assembly and went to pick up and wasn’t ready. Angelica was very professional, patient, and understanding while trying to locate the order.

    You guys really don't care about selling anything, do you? I was on the phone over an hour earlier today, getting bounced around from place to place just trying to talk to someone about a new washer and dryer. No one ever helped me. Now I've been on the phone for almost another hour trying to talk to a store manager in the hopes that they can answer my appliance questions. I know it will be a little more expensive to maybe buy straight from a manufacturer, but at least I'll get my questions answered!!

    It takes customer service forever to answer the phone and then for them not to give you any type of service or any good answers. Had a problem with a delivery, it was canceled twice. The first answer they didn't have all of the product. Went to the store to check on it and was told that they had it and was waiting for it to be assembled and would be delivered the next day. It came in boxes not assembled we sent it back and after talking to the manager it was going to be assembled and delivered in two days NOT. Calling the store and after a long wait for someone to answer the phone they had no information. Finally getting a supervisor after asking for the MOD they were going to look over the notes and call me back in 30 minutes, 5 hours later no call. Called the main customer service number and we told that they were going to contact the store and have it resolved. Is it poor training or poor people? I can no longer spend thousands of dollars at Lowes and be treated like this. Home Depot here i come.

    I hate coming to lowes. I do not like the idea that Lowes FORCES you to check out your own merchandise. I try to avoid this place. I do not believe in the idea of a company making money off of you and then you have to do the work yourself to check yourself out. They are getting free labor and the customer is working for it, while the big company is benefiting. Unfair labor practice in my opinion.

    I have always preferred Lowe's over Home Depot. Not anymore! I placed a order for same day delivery. Didn't come. Kept calling. 2nd day, still no delivery. Called the store 7 times. Picked up and put me on eternal hold! 2 of those times someone picked up. One said she would expedite the order. Nothing, the 2nd person went to check and then cancelled my order. Had I know I wouldn't get it the same day, I could have gotten it at Home Depot. Could have gotten it sooner with Amazon! Will not shop there again!!! Hey Lowe's do not respond with a generic response like you have with so many other reviews! Don't care to here a AI response just like the one I get when I call that store! Not a customer friendly way to keep business!
