I was trying to move some stuff last minute and tried to reserve a competitors unit but couldn't because of time. Did not know about Extra Space Storage but as i was about to give in and go home my 16 yr old son says mom there's one right there. The best part was 10pm closing. It was already 858pm. We reserved the unit while sitting in the parking lot. I only gave 4 stars because the bathroom signs were not noticeable and some of the carts were worn but other than that FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. We don't have much but we'd both been to work and was tired but we got it done and dinner was at the waffle house down the street. Thanks ESS

Please beware of this company and this location. This location tried to double my rate without no type of notification like they usually do via email and letter. When I received an email with new amount, that I did not agree with or know about, stating I was past due, I immediately contacted the office. I did reply to email, which I have, stating I do not agree with amount and asked why they doubled it after only 3 or 4 months. I went to office and told them I was going to move out, they gave me that day to do so, which was February 2nd. Today, over 5 months later, I receive an email stating I owe $154.
If a collection appears on my credit report, I will sue because the company knows I moved out and I have proof. Please beware of the McDonough location. They are doubling rates after 3 and 4 months for no apparent reason.
