I requested delivery but they were trying to force me to come in and i explained i couldn't that is why I did delivery. The delivery day was for 2 days after i called asking where my order was and it was scheduled for 2 pm. I called at noon to verify it was coming because they were supposed to call me to schedule the delivery and i had to call them to do it. They said "oh yeah it's coming but it's actually going to be before 5pm". Fine, whatever 515 rolls around, i have no call from them if they are running late or anything. I call and i get an excuse they are behind but that it will be here. It is 810pm now and they never called and never came. Don't waste your time on them. Absolutely useless people. I can't even call to cancel it because they are closed.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
