- RLRebecca LewisMar 19, 20261.0Would not take another thing there. Dropped my mower off because Cub Cadet has them as certified repair, but they truly are not. They never followed up with repair progress, when I would call they wouldn't have any notes so it would take forever to find someone who knew anything that was going on. When I did talk to the technician he informed me that he was using the call in service with cub cadet because they did not know how to fix it. I was then told after 3 weeks of back and forth that I "shouldn't get too attached" and think about another option. When I picked up my mower they used a fork lift to scrap it up on my trailer then handed me a box of parts.
