  Te suben de repente el servicio sin avisarte vas a pagar en la oficina te atienden pésimo por la ventanilla donde pagas con el auto

  Pésimo servicio, al querer pagar el bill parece que te están haciendo un favor, si no tienen ganas de trabajar ahi, mejor busquen otro trabajo

  By far the worst billing company .. marietta power needs to dissolve and let someone else handle services for the area ... you cannot really pay bills at walmart kroger ect,,, only at the site ,, they can only take checks .. not cash not debit cards .. and the glitchy computer online payments you make at home sometimes freeze and they end up charging you for late fees ... also they can't simply answer yes or no questions over the phone .. they force you to come all the way to their location usually an hour away because of traffic.. and services are way to expensive... ...

  My water was a brown color and I called to see what the issue was. Their crew was out lightening fast to mess with the fire hydrant (that's what was causing the issue) and the guys were so friendly and confirmed that my water was back to normal before they left. I also guess you have to be financially stable enough to have a good relationship with Marietta Power. I don't have anything negative to say about them because I pay my bills on time, every month, so my utilities are not getting shut off.

  They are supposed to give customers an automated call if in jeopardy of being disconnected saying you have one business day to make a payment or could possibly be disconnected. Some people rely on that call that may be out of town and not realize whats going on. If the power company wants to double their money all they have to do is not make that call and then they will come cut power when the customer doesn't realize it's happening. After being disconnected they keep to charge multiple additional fees. And to show how rotten they truly are they did it on a Friday afternoon so there is no way possible to have service restored untill the following Monday afternoon. And they also didnt bother to put a notice on the door. If they did the video doorbell would have picked it up and we would have known. It's rotten corrupt business practices. And when you ask about why they didn't call they will say because it's a courtesy call and they will refuse to acknowledge they screwed up on their end and didn't make the call for whatever reason it wasn't made.
