Moved out here 2 weeks ago and found I needed a Lawn Mower for the property I purchased. Checked out Home Depot and Lowe’s and found Toro was a great option at Lowe’s. Paid a lot of money for it and Lowe’s delivered it today. After arriving, I thought it was weird that the pushed it around on the truck to get it off instead of starting it. They got it off the truck and Found the mower didn’t have any fuel in it and the battery was dead. Which tells me that they didn’t even test it before delivering it to me. And the drivers shrugged and took off. Not very happy with this experience and purchase. Think I might take it back and buy everything from Home Depot from now on.

I went to Lowe's on 4 or 5 occasions trying to get a itemized receipt for the materials and labor. I have yet to receive this receipt!!!!!! Everyone is passing the buck!!! The credit card people will have it, no, the installation people will have it, no, the store manager can pull it, No! The reason I want the receipt is one for taxes reasons, two because I had to go purchase a faucet, the day the workers were here because it wasn't with the sink! This is something I thought I had purchased already? Now, since no one can produce the "itemized" receipt, the installation people are saying, we got the sink free, but the faucet you had to pay for!!! $3400, and there's no faucet and the sink free, LIE!!! Lowes didn't give us NOTHING for free and they know it! I have purchased a playground from Home Depot, installed, no problems! I've purchased a shed from Home Depot, installed, no problems, thought I would give Lowes a chance, more problems than I've ever been through!! My husband always says, "If it's not broke, don't fix it"!!! I never should have left Home Depot!!!! Lowes, now I see why your parking lot is never full!!! The card is paid off and cut up!! You have the right name, Lowes! You are Low!!!!
- SSSharon StroudApr 9, 20261.0Never, ever again. I ordered mulch to be delivered to my business. Received text it was coming on 04/08/2026 up to 5:30 after our business hours. Stayed to wait on it and it never showed. Received a call that the truck broke down and it would be delivered on 04/09/26 first thing in the morning. I received a text it would be delivered up to 5:30 waited no show, called and was transferred three times to get no answer when it is coming. What a joke!!!!! Web update states it is still being loaded, all day still be loaded. I will NEVER order from Lowes again. I more than likely will NEVER shop at lowes again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
