This location has the worst customer service I have seen by far at Lowe's. My husband has order half ton bags of rocks for landscaping for delivery on 3 occasions over the past few months of Summer.
The first order he placed, we kept receiving a notice that our order was delayed but no one returned our call. We went to the store and they told us their truck was broke down and they didn't know when it would be operable. We got a refund after several days.
The second time we placed an order, the rocks were delivered as promised. We placed a 3rd order to complete the landscaping project. The truck never showed in the delivery window as promised. So, my husband called the store and they told him that the rocks weren't coming from the Dallas Hwy store. They were coming from the Austell store and they haven't been loaded on the truck yet. My husband asked why was the delivery coming from the Austell store when we placed the order at the Dallas Hwy store.
The delivery truck eventually arrived with 5 bags of the wrong rocks. We called the store and had to send pictures showing the rocks we received were wrong. The driver reloaded the rocks on the truck. My husband went to the store to ask for a refund and was told he couldn't get a refund until the rocks were received back at the store. The driver was headed to make other deliveries. My husband argued that the rocks were in their employee/contractor's possession.
They refunded the money for the rocks but not the delivery fee. He was told that he had to call the corporate office the next day to ask about the delivery fee. This is unacceptable. Lowe's can expect that we will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau for unscrupulous practices regarding consumer purchases and refunds that are beyond the consumers control. This is clearly not a good faith effort in favor the consumer.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Sean at Lowe’s! I purchased a new washer and dryer, and from the beginning Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
He didn’t just help me with the purchase and send me on my way. He kept up with my delivery, stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and made sure I knew what was happening next. He also thought of all the little things I wouldn’t have known to ask about, including making sure the pickup location had the correct hoses and everything needed to properly hook up my washer and dryer.
Before delivery, I realized I had a question about something that appeared to be missing for the dryer. Sean took the time to reach out to a plumber to confirm exactly what was needed so I wouldn’t run into a problem on delivery day.
This is what true customer service looks like. Sean genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. You just don’t come across this level of service very often anymore, and when you do, that person deserves to be recognized.
Lowe’s is very lucky to have Sean. Thank you for taking such good care of me and making one part of moving into a new home a whole lot easier!

I went to Lowe's on Friday to get i 2 keys made.
The lady made them for me.
I went home to use them and they didn't work at all.
So I went the next day to take them back.
I had the receipt and everything.
I let the lady at the front desk know the keys didn't work politely.
She Said:
Well I got keys here plenty of times and they always work.
She looked at the keys like I done something to them!
I let her know I came in yesterday and your Associate made the keys for me but they don't work.
I told her She even put her initials on the bag.
The lady name was Erin at the Customer service desk.
She was so rude.
I let her know I would like to get more keys made I didn't need a refund.
I also let her know I got keys made several times here.
And I have purchased alot of things at Lowes.
And I never take anything back.
BUT unfortunately these keys didn't work so they are going back.
She treated me so mean!
She finally said:
I guess I will give you a refund.
She treated me with no respect.
I was so Unhappy with her Customer service.
I went to the back to the Key section to get my 2 keys made again.
Thank God I had a very nice Gentleman name Kim that help me.
He done a great job cutting my keys.
And he even checked them and shined them.
The other lady didn't do this at all the day before.
Maybe thats why the keys weren't made correctly the 1st time.
