  I had a pretty frustrating experience with the corporate side of Leslie’s. The technician the day prior didn't show up (Blamed it on the non existing Rain that day when I asked the Arizona dispatcher), and then the company sent a defective pump, forcing me to wait all over again for a replacement. However, Toni completely saved the day. Before I could even figure out my next steps or who to call, she took the initiative, went completely above and beyond, and handled all the behind-the-scenes chaos for me. She literally called me up to tell me it was already taken care of. Toni honestly carries this location single-handedly. Her incredible customer service completely eclipses the company’s delivery failures. She is an absolute asset, deserves the highest praise (and a raise!), and is the only reason I’m not taking my business elsewhere. Thank you, Toni!

  It's always a positive experience here! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very helpful with figuring out what we need to do for our pool. It's our first time owning a pool and we have learned so much from them. They make having a pool super easy.

  Great service, there are other pool places I could go, but the service is always great and very helpful, and they always have a smile on their face.

  Excellent pool supply store, and the staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. I have been going to them for years now, not once have I had any problems. I bring them my water sample which they test for free. Then tell me exactly what I need to keep the water in the pool clean n clear.
